The NBA’s board of governors intends to approve a league proposal on a 22-team format to restart the season in Orlando, Florida. The structure would include 16 teams that would have been in the playoffs along with 6 additional teams. Those teams will play 8 regular season games for seeding purposes. Details regarding player safety protocols are still being worked out.
